This is a vital part of building trust in the relationship. Learning how to express yourself calmly and without blaming or criticizing can be difficult, but it is an essential skill in the relationship.

Research has shown that the presence of a loving partner can significantly improve an individual’s mental well-being. In a society where isolation is a common plight, the knowledge that someone cares about you can be incredibly comforting. A strong, healthy and committed relationship can provide a sense of security and stability that reduces stress levels, provides restful sleep and promotes robust physical health. All relationships have highs and lows, but by learning to work together as a team, you can minimize the negative effects of these challenges on your relationship.
